The agreement between you and ZendMailer for use of the API and dashboard.
ZendMailer provides an API and dashboard for sending transactional email through Amazon SES. You're responsible for the content you send and for the relationship you have with the people who receive it.
You must verify ownership of any domain you send from and keep its DKIM records published for as long as you send. We may suspend sending on a domain if verification fails or authentication records are removed.
New accounts start on a shared sandbox quota while we confirm sending patterns are healthy. Production limits are granted per domain based on verified use case and sending history, in line with the limits Amazon SES itself grants our account.
ZendMailer is for transactional messages triggered by a recipient's own action. You may not use ZendMailer to send:
We monitor bounce and complaint rates on every sending domain and will suspend sending - before notifying you, if necessary to protect the shared reputation of our infrastructure - if a domain crosses our thresholds.
You agree to let ZendMailer suppress addresses that hard-bounce or complain, and not to re-add or re-send to a suppressed address through any other route. Repeated attempts to bypass suppression are a violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates the acceptable use policy, receives an abnormal complaint rate, or is the subject of a valid abuse report. We'll tell you why whenever we're able to.
ZendMailer is provided as-is. We aim for high deliverability but don't guarantee that any individual message will be delivered, opened, or acted on - mailbox providers make that call, not us.
We'll update this page when these terms change and note the effective date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
